The 2001 World Series was very special to me for a number of reasons. For one, my favorite
team won their first and thus far only title. Second they beat the evil empire in about the
most dramatic fashion possible. By far the best World Series I've ever seen and I really can't
imagine there could have been or will ever be a better WS. Just the fact that the horrific events of
September 11th were so fresh in everyone's minds and the team from New York won all three games in
New York City in dramatic fashion. That stuff could never be matched. Finally a crazy
series of coincidences led me to have a really really good ticket to Game 7 and that might have been
the best night of my life.
I bought this enlarged canvas print(14"X33") in 2011 in hopes of getting some guys at the
10 year reunion game. While I did complete my 2001 WS Team Ball that day, I did not get any signatures on the
ticket:( It's a really cool reproduction and it looks just like the ticket I had for the
game. It is high quality canvas wrapped around a wood frame and stapled to it. Graphs
come out pretty well on it too, especially if players take thier time to sign it. If you interested
in buying one they are about $80. Just click on the link below. I definitely recommend
picking one up if your a DBack's fan. Great for autographs but would be really nice even as
just a display piece in your home.
I've decided I am going to only do the 25 man WS roster guys and Brenly on this item so it doesn't
get too crowded. At best case I will only get 20 guys or so as it is just really difficult to
track down some of the guys on that team now. I decided to go with blue sharpie. I met a
grapher doing the same ticket in silver sharpie and it looks really good, especially on the darker
parts of the ticket. I'll try to update this item page as I add new guys to the ticket.

he signed the ticket
2) Greg Colbrunn - Came out great, picture was taken just after he signed the ticket
3) Matt Williams - Came out great, picture was taken just after he signed the ticket
4) Reggie Sanders - signed half on the blue part of the ticket which kinda
hides the blue sharpie. Every RS ive gotten also faded on the S i think because he does that part
really fast. picture was taken just after he signed the
ticket
